Instructions to make to make Noodles
- Boil 3 cups of water and add salt to it and 1/2 tsp oil
- When water starts boiling, add noodles
- When noodles are boiled, take out in the plate from water and wash it under cold water nicely.
- Now take a pan and heat the left oil.
- When oil is hot, add all the veggies, salt, black pepper and mix
- Cook the vegetables for about like 90%. I like veggies littke crunchy. If you want you can cook veggies completely
- Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Add noodles and mix well.
- If you feel like adding salt or any sauce, you can add at this stage as per your taste.
- Let them all cook for about 2-3 min on low flame.
- Tadaaaa... Your home cook noodles are ready.
- Note: if you are jain you can follow the same recipe and dont add onion and adjust the quantity of other veggies.. It will taste equally well.
