  5. After resting the dough for an hour, knock down the dough with little oil again and flatten it with slightly thick edges. prick the dough with fork.
  6. For assembling the pizza, firstly put the dough in the baking tray, apply pizza sauce(available ready made in the market), grated cheese, chicken cubes,onion, bell peppers(toppings of your choice), mixed herbs, oregano, chilli flakes and again put grated cheese.
  7. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake the pizza for 12-15 mins.
