- In a pan add 2 tbsp oilve oil and saute onion and garlic together
- Add salt, paprika, black pepper and red chilli flakes to it and mix for a few seconds. Switch off flame.
- In a food processor add bread slices and the onion mixture prepared earlier and chop well.
- Add to it 1 egg and chicken cube and chop again.
- Take this out in a bowl and add chicken mince to it.
- Mix it gently with hands. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil if needed.
- Keep this mixed mixture marinated for 2 hours while covered.
- Make patties with the marinade and shallow fry in little oil.
