- Cook with cover in low heat for 15 mins with occasional stirring.Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In the end add the generous helping of chopped green coriander leaves and cover it after turning off the heat.Stir it well and let it sit and cool down for a little while.
- I used store bought dumpling wrappers, u can make it at home too, it just has to be fine or thin.
- Take one wrapper and put a little water on the edges for the glue,put a teaspoonful of stuffing in the center and close it in a semicircle.
- Press the edges and make a pattern
- Put it in the hot and ready steamer for 8 to 10 minutes. I used mine in the rice cooker.
- Serve it hot with sweet chill sauce or ketchup and hear the kids slurp it all up.😊
