  1. Take potatoes and grate it. Add corn flour, salt, chilli powder, garam masala,chaat masala, kasori methi, pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin seeds powder,green chilli and chopped coriander leaves. Make a dough of it.
  2. Take a small quantity and roll it by using your hands and give it shape like tikki by pressing it gently.
  3. Grease some oil on your hand while rolling the tikkis.
