  14. 2 Tbsp tomato sauce
  15. 2 Tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
  16. 1/4 tsp salt
  17. For green chutney
  18. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  19. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  20. 2 green chilli
  21. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  22. 1 tbsp water for grinding (optional)
  23. as taste Salt
  24. as required Maida paste for sealing bread roll
  25. 1 tbsp maida
  26. as required Water as required to make thick paste

  1. For homemade paneer
    First boil milk. Once the milk come to a boil, add 1 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice) and turn off the gas. Let it cool and wait for 5 mins so that the milk curdles completely. Rinse the paneer with cold water to remove taste of vinegar. Drain the paneer into a muslin cloth and squeeze and remove as much water as you can. Flatten the paneer (wrapped inside the muslin cloth) and place a heavy object on its top to set.
    Leave it aside for 1 to 2 hours. Your paneer is ready.
  2. Make green chutney by grinding coriander leaves, chaat masala, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and 1 tbsp water as per required in mixer.
  3. For Paneer stuffing
    In a bowl add paneer, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin, garam masala, aamchur powder, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, salt.
    Combined all ingredients of paneer stuffing and mixed well.
  4. Now take a Bread and trim its edges. With the help of rolling pin roll the bread thin.
    Spread 1/2 tsp green chutney evenly over bread slices. Take 1 tbsp paneer stuffing and roll it into cylindrical shape.
  5. Place paneer stuffing over bread slice and roll its tightly and secure tightly. Seal with maida paste before deep frying these rolls. Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. Brush butter over paneer bread roll. Now place paneer bread roll in pan and roast from all side till golden colour and crispy
